How long do custom orders take?

Generally custom orders take 2-3 weeks to produce. We will inform you of the current production timeline when discussing your order.

Is there a waitlist for custom orders?

Custom orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we may have other custom orders in progress, we typically work on multiple orders simultaneously. We will inform you of the current production timeline when discussing your order.

How much are custom orders?

The price for custom orders will vary based on the specific customizations requested. The base price will match the retail price of the standard model, with additional charges for any custom features not included in the base model. For instance, if you wish to change the colors of the existing model, the price may remain the same; however, using multiple colors may increase the cost. Customizations such as stamping or carving will incur extra fees, depending on the level of detail desired. To get an accurate estimate, please reach out to us via email to discuss your ideas.

Please note that custom orders require full payment upfront. All details must be finalized before placing your order, as changes cannot be made afterward. Custom orders are final sale.

Can you make me something that's not on your website?

At this time we can only offer customization on existing models. This includes current models and anything we've made in the past.

How do I order a custom item?
