HANDMADE AND ORGANIC PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The characteristics of organic materials may vary slightly from piece to piece. While our 'one-off' items are usually photographed, commonly stocked items or 'made to order' items may differ slightly from the samples or product photography featured due to the natural characteristics of the materials. Leather, being a natural material, will have natural variations such as texture, veins, scars, scratches, or wrinkles, etc. These are all natural characteristics of full-grain leathers. We cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any product. Therefore, no representation, warranty, and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, luster, or appearance of finishes of any product. All our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly like another.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us ASAP to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be denied. Please note that decause we try to ship your order as quickly as possible, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

Pre-orders may not be cancelled. Since pre-orders help to fund new releases, purchase materials, etc., we cannot offer cancellations of a pre-ordered item at this time.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Order processing usually takes 5-8 business days unless otherwise stated. During sales events or product launches, order processing may take 8-10 business days. Items that are "pre-order" or "made to order" will have an estimated shipping date noted within the listing. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment details and tracking information. Please note that order processing times are in addition to shipping times. If you have any questions or cannot locate your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Please note that orders must ship complete. Therefore, if your order includes in-stock items as well as "pre-order" or "made to order" items, your order will be held until all items are ready. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders.

All products are shipped directly from our facility in Tampa Bay, Florida. Delivery can take between 3-8 business days depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please note that we do not track orders. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us right away to explore your options.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight, size and distance to you. Shipping rates are subject to change and may fluctuate.

Pre-orders shipping is contingent of the rate at the time if shipping. If the cost of shipping increases, we will ship by the method that best matches the amount you paid. This may include a different shipping provider or service.
 

DAMAGES

We thoroughly inspect each piece for imperfections or damage before it leaves our facility. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours regarding any issues. While we are not liable for damage during shipping and delivery, we may be able to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a non-repairable defect. We do not offer returns for custom-made or discounted items. All custom orders and discounted items are final sale.

We are happy to offer a refund for products deemed defective. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your name, order number, a description of the defect, and photos.

If your item is approved for a return, you will be provided with a return label via email. You must return the item within 14 days of the delivery date. Original postage is non-refundable. Please note that we are not liable for damage that occurs during return shipping, so please pack the item in the exact condition that it arrived. We encourage you to reuse the shipping materials provided, but please be sure to remove any previous shipping labels. Damages that occur from improper return shipping may void your refund or may be deducted from your refund.

Once the defective item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your defective item at our facility along with the status of your refund.

PRE-ORDERS

Sometimes we offer products before they become commercially available with a "pre-order". Pre-orders allow you to reserve new, or popular products while they're in production. 

Estimated production times for pre-order items are outlined in the individual listing and are updated regularly. We try our best to be as accurate as possible with our estimated shipping times, however; various factors may delay the estimated shipping date. If a pre-order is severely delayed, you will be contacted via email.

MADE TO ORDER

Some of our items are made to order and have a longer processing time to allow for production. Production times for made to order items are outlined in the individual listing and are updated regularly. We try our best to be as accurate as possible with our estimated production times, however; various factors may delay production. If there are any delays, customer service will contact you via email.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We’re excited to offer customization on our existing designs! If you have ideas, please contact us.

Please note that custom orders require full payment upfront. All details must be finalized before placing your order, as changes cannot be made afterward. Custom orders are final sale.

SALES AND DISCOUNTS

We do host sales and promotions on occasion. Be sure to follow our socials and sign up for our Newsletter to be the first to know. Promotional codes exclude sale items, pre-order items and made to order items. Only one promo code may be used per order.

We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments for sale items, sitewide sales, promotions, or discount codes that were not applied to the order at the time of purchase, or to previous orders.

We love our Veterans. However, because verification can be very difficult, we do not offer Military discounts at this time.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have access to limited personal data for core business purposes ONLY. When you place an order with us, we will receive your name, delivery address, and email address. We will ONLY use this information to process and deliver your order or to better assist you with any queries you have related to that order. The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which we may share your data are:


• With delivery companies to fulfill your order, or when filing a claim by your request.
• To comply with legal or tax obligation. We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during that period. We have retained personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time we will delete your data from our records.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
